District 4 PRE-2019-00029 Application filed by Enterprise Leasing Co. of Norfolk/Richmond, LLC requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow rental of cars under Enterprise Rent a Car.at 40 Broad Street Road in the Broadview Shopping Center on Tax Map No. 47-1-0-43-C. The property is zoned Business, General (B-1) and is 3.411 acres. The Conditional Use Permit is Article 16, Section 3(8) of the Goochland County Zoning Ordinance. The Comprehensive designates this area as commercial use.
More than two members of the Goochland County Board of Supervisors and/or the Goochland County Planning Commission may attend this meeting, if so, it will be considered a special meeting to discuss the application(s), but no votes or action will be taken by either body.
