BZA-2019-00001: Application for appeal filed by Breeze Hill, Inc. with the Goochland County Board of Zoning Appeals. The applicant is appealing the May 1, 2019 and May 13, 2019 letters of the Zoning Administrator because applicant contends that Breeze Hill has sufficient access points under the former subdivision ordinance and it is not subject to a subdivision ordinance amendment concerning the number and type of accesses required for the Breeze Hill subdivision. The applicant is also appealing a revised determination made June 18, 2019 modifying the prior Zoning Administrator's letters, and affecting Breeze Hill, Inc.'s vested rights pertaining to further development of the Breeze Hill subdivision. The subject property is identified as Assessor’s Parcel No. 43-1-0-50-0 and consists of 263.69 acres in the Election District Three (3). The subject property is zoned R-P (Rural, Preservation). The 2035 Comprehensive Plan shows this area as appropriate for Rural Enhancement.
