* At this time, the Chickahominy Health District only has in stock vaccines for those ages 18 years and older.
Do you live or work in Goochland, Hanover, New Kent, or Charles City? Are you eligible for a vaccine appointment due to being in Priority Group (Phase) 1A/1B/1C as outlined by VDH? If the answer is yes to both of these questions, the district would like to find out your availability for their upcoming local clinics:
A scheduler from the health district's team will reach out to you with an exact appointment time & appointment confirmation once they have reviewed your survey responses. If you have already been vaccinated, please indicate this on our survey, and we will remove you from our waiting list. If you do not complete this survey, you will still be invited to our clinics, but you might not be offered a date/time that is convenient for you.
If you prefer, you can call the Chickahominy Health District Call Center to schedule your appointment by phone at (804) 365-3240. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Vaccinate Virginia - Virginia Statewide COVID-19 Vaccine Pre-Registration System
The Virginia Department of Health has established a centralized website and call center that allows Virginians to easily pre-register for the COVID-19 vaccine. This ‘one-stop-shop’ website allows individuals to pre-register online, verify and update pre-registration information, and access additional information on Virginia’s vaccination roll-out.

All individuals who previously filled out a survey or form or signed up for a waitlist to be vaccinated through their local health district were automatically imported into the new statewide system. Individuals maintained their current status in the queue and are able to search that they are in the system.
In addition to Vaccinate Virginia, Goochland residents can easily pre-register for the FREE COVID-19 vaccine via the Chickahominy Health District Call Center and Goochland County's 65+ COVID Hotline listed below.

The Virginia Department of Health (VDH) hotline can be reached by calling 877-ASK-VDH3 (877-275-8343). For medical assistance, please contact your primary care provider or urgent care facility.

COVID-19 Vaccine Pre-Registration Call Centers
Currently Goochland residents have four options to easily pre-register for the FREE COVID-19 vaccine.
The health departments vaccine supply is currently limited, and they are doing their best to serve you and your loved ones. After you register and vaccine is available, someone from the health department will contact you about future vaccination opportunities and will give you an appointment date, time, and location.
Virginia Department of Health - "When Can I Get Vaccinated" Online Tool
The Virginia Department of Health (VDH) has a user-friendly resource on their website called COVIDCHECK to help people check their symptoms, see testing options & locations, and get answers about Coronavirus (COVID-19).
The Virginia Department of Social Services has launched a COVID-19 Virginia Resources webpage and app available for both Apple and Android users. It contains information for individuals and businesses including about getting help with food, how to find child care, what to do if your job has been effected, and many more topics. Governor Ralph Northam has launched the Virginia Rent and Mortgage Relief Program (RMRP) to support and ensure housing stability across the commonwealth during the coronavirus pandemic. Depending on availability of funds and household need, the RMRP may provide financial assistance for rent or mortgage payments for eligible households.
