On February 24, 2021 a multi-jurisdictional grand jury was convened to consider evidence in the January 9, 2021 fatal shooting of 18-year-old Xzavier D. Hill by Virginia State Police Troopers. The Court has granted approval for the grand jury’s report to be publicly released.  Below is the grand jury report and associated exhibits.
