River Rd/Route 6 Intersection Improvements
About Goochland County is pursuing intersection improvements at River Rd and Route 6. This intersection experiences congestion, line of sight, and speeding issues. At this time, no specific improvement is identified, however the following options are being considered:
Traffic Signal Restricted Crossing U-Turn (RCUT) Intersection (link to VDOT's informational webpage ) Other improvements could be considered as analysis progresses.
