PRE-2019-00012 Application filed by Capital One Bank requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of an 1,800-space structured parking facility on the campus at 15030 Capital One Drive on Tax Map No. 58-32-3-A-0T. The proposed structure location is within 500 feet of an adjoining residential zoned property and exceeds 60 feet in height. The property is zoned M-1 (Industrial, Light) and is 286.94 acres. The Conditional Use Permit is required by Article 18, Section 8 of the Goochland County Zoning Ordinance. The Comprehensive Plan designates this area as Prime Economic Development.
More than two members of the Goochland County Board of Supervisors and/or the Goochland County Planning Commission may attend this meeting; if so, it will be considered a special meeting to discuss the application(s), but no votes or action will be taken by either body.
