PRE-2020-00011 Application filed by Richard Dane requesting a Conditional Use Permit automobile sales at 2977 Sandy Hook Road on Tax Map 30-1-0-121-A. The property is zoned Agricultural, Limited and is 0.75 acres. The Conditional Use Permit is required by Section 15-102 of the Goochland County Zoning Ordinance. The Comprehensive Plan designates this area as Rural Enhancement Area.
