Community Meeting for West Creek Fire Station

Goochland County is requesting to rezone five (5) acres on the east line of Hockett Road approximately 900 feet north of Tuckahoe Creek Parkway from Industrial, Limited (M-1) to Business, General (B-1).  The Comprehensive Plan designates this site as Prime Economic Development.

 

Goochland County is rezoning the property in order to build a new Fire-Rescue station on the site.

 

The County will host a community meeting to discuss the application at 6:00 PM on Monday, January 30, 2023, at the Manakin Fire-Rescue Station, Co. 1, at 180 River Road West.
