VDOT Highway Alert

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Richmond District has released its forecast of road construction that could cause delays from April 21-28, 2017.

Below are the projects within Goochland County, the full list is available via the link below. 


Patterson Ave. (Rt. 6) east - Paving - April 22

There will be alternating lanes closed on Patterson Ave. (Rt. 6) east between Pagebrook Dr. and Rt. 288 from 9 a.m.-3:30p.m. on April22 for paving.


Fairground Rd. (Rt. 632) - Paving - April 23-28

There will be alternating lanes closed on Fairground Rd. (Rt.632) between Broad Street Rd. and Sandy Hook Rd. from 6 p.m.-6 a.m. from April 23-28 for paving.
