On Wednesday, April 12th, VDOT will begin work on a culvert pipe replacement project on Shepherd Spring Road in the Gum Spring area of Goochland. A flagging operation will be in place with potential for delays. Work is expected to be completed by Friday, April 21st, weather permitting.
