Firefly Fiber Broadband Receives $79 Million Grant to Provide Universal Broadband Service

Governor Ralph Northam on Monday announced the award of a $79 million grant to Firefly Fiber Broadband, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Central Virginia Electric Cooperative, and its partner Rappahannock Electric Cooperative (REC).
