Commissioner of the Revenue's Office Participating in Commissioner & Cans Food & Fund Drive

For the month of August, the Goochland Commissioner of the Revenue's Office is participating in the 7th Annual Commissioner and Cans Food and Fund Drive. This drive is a friendly competition between Commissioner of the Revenue offices in Virginia who have joined together to raise food and funds for local food banks throughout the Commonwealth. Seay Road

Weather permitting, the Virginia Department of Transportation will close a section of Seay Road for a pipe replacement project. Work will take place from 8 a.m. on Monday, August 11 through 5 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12. Read more.

Millers Lane

Weather permitting, the Virginia Department of Transportation will close a section of Millers Lane for a pipe replacement projects. Work will take place from 8 a.m. on Wednesday, August 13 through 5 p.m. on Thursday, August 14. Read more.

Did You Know?

Goochland County Fire-Rescue will provide and install free smoke alarms to citizens in need. If needed, they will even change batteries!
