Located at the rear of the complex, the Athletics and Activities Center includes a 14,000-square-foot gymnasium, a large multi-use room, and a warming kitchen. The facility can be converted into a large-scale events space with carpeted floor coverings, state-of-the-art sound, and multi-use seating.
The Agricultural Center is a 6,800-square-foot facility adjacent to the Cultural Arts Center. The facility is home to the Goochland County Extension Office and the Monacan Soil and Water Conservation District. The center includes lab space, a demonstration and programming kitchen, and interactive exhibits highlighting the agricultural resources and services of Goochland County.
The outdoor spaces of the Central Complex include a 1/4-mile walking track, two multi-use fields, and demonstration spaces for the Agricultural Center.
Future amenities will include a playground, nature trail, and pavilion.
