PRE-2019-00016 Application filed by Scott Gaeser, Towne & Country Partners, LLC requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Master Plan for a mixed use development with up to 263 individual residences and retail and office uses on a portion of Tax Map No. 47-1-0-42-0 (37.579 acres) portion of Tax Map Nos. 47-1-41-0; 47-1-0-41-A; 47-1-0-41-A1 and 47-1-0-41C. The property is zoned B-1 (Business, General) and consist of 23.87 acres which will be part of the previous case for MPUD (Mixed Planned Unit Development). The Conditional Use Permit is required by Article 14, Section 5 of the Goochland County Zoning Ordinance. The Comprehensive Plan designates this area for Commercial Use.
More than two members of the Goochland County Board of Supervisors and/or the Goochland County Planning Commission may attend this meeting; if so, it will be considered a special meeting to discuss the application(s), but no votes or action will be taken by either body.
