PRE-2020-00007 Application filed by Linda and David Merricks requesting a zoning 13.432 acres from Business, General (B-1) to Agricultural, General (A-1) (downzoning) for agricultural/residential use on Tax Maps 2-1-0-4-D and 2-1-0-4-D2. The property is located at the northeast intersection of Broad Street Road and Shannon Hill Road. The Comprehensive Plan designates this area as Rural Enhancement Area.
More than two members of the Goochland County Board of Supervisors and/or the Goochland County Planning Commission may attend this meeting; if so, it will be considered a special meeting to discuss the application(s), but no votes or action will be taken by either body.
