    Ages 5-11. Students will learn to groom, tack, and ride. Lessons are available for beginners, intermediate, and advanced riders. Transportation available for students at Goochland and Randolph Elementary. Students must be picked up from Swift Creek School of Equitation.

    District 4 PRE-2019-00012 Application filed by Capital One Bank requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of an 1,800-space structured parking facility on the campus at 15030 Capital One Drive on Tax Map No. 58-32-3-A-0T. The proposed structure location is within 500 feet of an adjoining residential zoned property and exceeds 60 feet in height. The property is zoned M-1 (Industrial, Light) and is 286.94 acres. The Conditional Use Permit is required by Article 18, Section 8 of the Goochland County Zoning Ordinance. The Comprehensive Plan designates this area as Prime Economic Development.
