portion of Assessor’s Parcel No. 63-1-0-174-0 (GPIN 7724-03-8498). The property is located at 12870 Patterson
Avenue approximately 350’ west of Creekmore Road. The Comprehensive Plan
designates this area as office – no retail.
CU-2017-00005 Application filed by Creekmore Group, LLC
requesting a Conditional Use Permit to construct a mini-warehouse/self-storage
facility on a portion of Assessor’s Parcel No. 63-1-0-174-0 (GPIN
7724-03-8498). The property is located
at 12870 Patterson Avenue approximately 350’ west of Creekmore Road. The Conditional Use Permit is required by Article 16, Section
3.7 of the Goochland County Zoning Ordinance. The Comprehensive Plan designates this area as
office – no retail.
