A pre-application for a Conditional Use Permit has been filed by EventMakers-USA to locate its After Hours Concert Series, formerly known as Innsbrook After Hours at 12575 West Creek Parkway.

A pre-application for a Conditional Use Permit has been filed by EventMakers-USA to locate its After Hours Concert Series, formerly known as Innsbrook After Hours at 12575 West Creek Parkway.

A sound check will be performed on July 9, 2019 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm to ascertain sound levels at multiple locations in the area.  This will give the public an opportunity to evaluate sound impacts from areas of interest to them.

There will also be a community meeting on July 9, 2019 at 5:30 pm at the Manakin Fire Station, 180 River Rd W, Manakin Sabot, VA 23109 to discuss the proposed application.  The public is welcome to attend.
