In an emergency, learn how to help yourself, your family, friends, and neighbors! Examples of what you will learn including making a disaster kit, performing light search & rescue, and working as a team in an emergency.
Hosted by Goochland County Fire-Rescue and Emergency Services and the Goochland CERT, the next Goochland CERT Course starts on April 18 and will meet on Mondays from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with one Saturday class on June 18 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Class meeting dates are April 18 & 25; May 2, 9, 16, & 23; and June 6, 13, & 18. It will meet at Byrd Presbyterian Church – 2229 Dogtown Road, Goochland, VA 23063.
