Circuit Court Deed Calculation
All documents associated with land transactions may be recorded in the Goochland County Clerk's Office from 8:30 am to 4:15 pm, Monday through Friday. Documents presented after normal recording hours will be recorded the next business day. All paper documents presented for recording must be originals with original execution signatures and properly notarized with original notary signatures. Tax map numbers must be on the first page. Checks must be made payable to Clerk of the Court.
We DO NOT require cover sheets at this time.
