[ARCHIVED] Goochland Community Action Agency Conducting Needs Assessment

COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT

The Goochland County Community Action Program (GCAP) is currently conducting a Needs Assessment to better understand how to support people in the community. This Needs Assessment, conducted every three years, plays a crucial role in guiding GCAP's efforts. Participants who complete the survey will be entered to win one of two $100 Food Lion gift cards. All responses will remain confidential, and individual identities will not be disclosed in the Needs Assessment.

This survey will take about 10-15 minutes to finish
Must be 18 years or older to complete the survey
Please only complete one survey
One raffle entry per person
Please complete the survey by December 31, 2024
