VDOT Highway Alert

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Richmond District has released its forecast of road construction that could cause delays from June 16-23 2017.

Below are the projects within Goochland County, the full list is available via the link below.


I-64 East - Pothole Patching - June 21

There will be alternating lanes closed on I-64 east between mile marker 174 and Shannon Hill Rd. (mile marker 148) from 8 p.m.-6 a.m. on June 21 for pothole patching.


One project within Chesterfield County may impact individuals traveling to Goochland County on Rt. 288, it is listed below.

Rt. 288 North - Pothole Patching - June 18

There will be alternating lanes closed on Rt. 288 north at the Powhatan County line from 8 p.m.-6 a.m. on June 18 for pothole patching.
