Central Convenience Center Receiving Receptacles Impacted by Unscheduled Maintenance Repair Work

Goochland County residents should be aware that one of the two receiving receptacles for household trash at the Central Convenience Center is currently down due to unscheduled maintenance repair work. Residents should expect increased wait time at the Central Convenience Center for household trash. The impacted receptable is expected to be down for an extended amount of time which will impact service availability.

To avoid increased wait times, residents are reminded that they can use the Western Convenience Center located at 3455 Hadensville-Fife Road, Goochland, VA 23063 as an alternative.

Goochland County’s Convenience Centers are normally open Monday through Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except for County holidays or other announced closures. For more information on the County’s Convenience Centers please visit http://www.goochlandva.us/289/Convenience-Centers.
