Goochland County residents and property owners will be receiving their second half personal property and real estate bills in the coming days. 

The deadline for second half personal property and real estate payments is December 5^th. Payments can be made by cash, check, money order credit card, or through your bank’s bill pay for electronic payments. Payments are accepted online, in office, and via the mail. Please note, any payments made with a credit and debit card will incur an additional fee. Payments can also be placed in the County Treasurer’s Office drop box located on the exterior of the County Administration building closest to route 6.

During this time, the Assessor’s Office would also like to remind property owners that filing deadline for Land Use applications is November 1^st. There is a $25 fee for first time applicants. Returning applicants have until December 5^th to apply, however a $25 late fee will be added to any applications received after November 1^st.
