Starting on April 9th, contractors for Goochland County Public Utilities will begin work on a sewer force main project connecting the new Goochland County Animal Shelter to the public sewer system.
This project is anticipated to occur between April 9th and May 31st, 2018.
During this project, citizens will notice construction
activity on the Reynolds Community College Goochland Campus, along the shoulderof Rt. 632 Fairground Road between Dickinson Road and Hidden Rock Lane, and the
new Animal Shelter construction site.
Construction activity is planned to occur during normal workhours.
Little to no impact on traffic is expected along Rt. 632
Fairground Road as part of the project. Motorists are asked to pay attention and stay alert when traveling alongRt. 632 Fairground Road between Dickinson Drive and Hidden Rock Lane.
