If you have a current utility account balance greater than 30 days old and would like to become eligible to receive a portion of this relief funding, please complete and return a Customer Intake Application (link below) no later than December 23rd, 2020. The completed application can be returned to the Department of Public Utilities office in the following ways:
- Mailed to PO Box 119, Goochland, VA 23063;
- Dropped off at our office at 1800 Sandy Hook Road, Goochland, VA 23063, Suite 280.
- Emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org;
Please know that these funds are limited and will be allocated to customers on a prorated basis, dependent upon the total amount of applications submitted.
Once all customer applications are collected, the Department of Public Utilities will notify each customer of the amount of relief they are eligible to receive. In the meantime, feel free to contact their office at (804) 556-5835 or email them at email@example.com with any questions you may have.
