Join Goochland County staff on Thursday, February 16th at 6:00pm for a community meeting regarding the proposed solar ordinance. This meeting will be held at the Eagle Theater at Central High Complex, located at 2748 Dogtown Road.
At the community meeting staff will provide a presentation on proposed zoning ordinance, and related policy, provisions related to solar energy and energy storage facilities in the county. Following the presentation there will be the opportunity for citizen input on the proposed ordinance and policy.
Citizens are encouraged to review the draft solar ordinance and draft solar policy prior to the meeting. Anyone interested in providing feedback prior to the meeting can contact Community Development at commdev@goochlandva.us.
